Quetzalcoatl is a 2D physics game where you are a rollercoaster. The game was developed for the Ludum Dare 47 game jam and has a prototype ready to download at its Itch page.
Play as the mythical serpent Quetzalcoatl, a rollercoaster carrying the Aztec people. The point of the game is to reach the end of the track. Every time you go down a slope, the people riding the rollercoaster fly up and you must catch them to refill on fuel. Without fuel you can’t advance up slopes and will slide back. Therefore, it is very important (not to mention, hard) to catch as many people as you can. This game actually makes you feel like you’re riding a rollercoaster as the camera moves depending on the track. The art style is very cute and the game itself is pretty addicting.
