Update: We’ve updated the title to reflect the now confirmed news that, Destiny 2 beta is happening and that there’ll be early access to the beta (PC, PS4, XB1) for those who pre-order the game, where the game will release on the 8th of September 2017, and an open beta soon to follow. Recently, there have been several leaks showing the poster for Activision’s next game, Destiny 2. On this poster, it shows a possible release date, that being September 8th, and a notice at the bottom mentioning a Beta. Now, it has yet to be confirmed if it is real or not or if the actual release date really will be for September. What we do know for sure is that Destiny 2 is close to being released and there will be a Beta for it.
There was a beta and an alpha for the original Destiny, so it would make sense that there would be one for the newest edition. Chances are we will hear more about it during E3 of this year, but it is advised that people who loved and played Destiny and others that are interested keep an eye out for this. It is very possible that we will receive some sort of confirmation about the release date and what plans they have coming to the release of Destiny 2.
Another thing worth mentioning is that the sequel will also release on PC this time around. [Source]
