Cube World has a region-locking system set in place, and you can download a mod called CWTool that will allow you to remove it. The modder describes in his post on reddit, how the tool can be downloaded and used to get the intended effect.
Whether or not the controversial region-locking system is good or not, there’s a huge desire for it to be removed, so much so that the mod was immediately released just a few days into the beta.
